Potatoes are a nutritious source of carbohydrates, which our brains and muscles rely on in order to function. But why are they superior to other carbohydrates? They contain more essential vitamins and minerals than other carbs like rice or pasta and contain more potassium than a banana. What’s more they can be prepared and used in so many ways.
